Demo wins have no cash value. The demo can show a Buy Feature button that UK casinos remove — our Sweet Loot demo page lists the differences.
Pragmatic Play’s own line: “Set sail on a swashbuckling sugar-coated adventure in Sweet Loot.” The setting is a pink candy sea with a pirate ship on the horizon and treasure chests spilling sweets onto the shore.
The layout is a 6×5 grid with no paylines. Land 8 or more matching symbols anywhere on the screen and you win — 8 or 9 of a kind pay from 0.25× to 10× the bet depending on the symbol, and 12 or more pay from 2.5× to 100×. There are no wilds.
The default RTP is 96.53% and volatility is medium. A win lands about once every 3.55 spins, and free spins turn up roughly once in 406 spins on average. Casinos can also choose 95.49% or 94.50% versions, so it pays to open the info screen first — the RTP, max win and volatility page shows where to look.

What sets the Sweet Loot slot apart is a horizontal row of four positions sitting on top of reels 2, 3, 4 and 5. Symbols land there just like on the main grid and can take part in wins, but any of them may also carry a random multiplier between ×2 and ×500.
When one or more symbols with a multiplier are part of a winning cluster, their values are added together and the total is applied to that win. So a ×5 and a ×20 on the row make ×25, not ×100. If a ×2, a ×10 and a ×100 all join the same win, the payout is multiplied by ×112.
Every win triggers a tumble. The winning symbols disappear, the ones above drop down and new symbols fall in from the top to fill the gaps. This repeats while new wins form. One paid spin can produce several wins in a row.
The four high-paying symbols in Sweet Loot are pirate characters: the pirate captain, the parrot, the monkey and the octopus.

The six lower symbols are gummy sweets shaped like pirate gear: an anchor, a ship’s helm, a hook, a rum bottle, a skull and a pair of crossed swords. They land more often and pay less.
The scatter is a gold coin stamped with a skull. It pays wherever it lands: 4 scatters pay 3× the bet, 5 pay 10× and 6 pay 100×. The same 4, 5 or 6 scatters also start the free spins round with 10, 20 or 30 spins.
During the free spins, the multiplier row works on every spin: at least one symbol on the row is guaranteed to carry a multiplier each time the reels drop. Landing 3 or more scatters inside the round adds another 5 spins to the round.
Then there is the Super Scatter — a gold coin with a red SUPER ribbon. It can only land on the multiplier row. If it is one of the scatters that triggers the bonus, the round becomes Super Free Spins, where every symbol on the multiplier row carries a multiplier of at least ×10.
The full breakdown, with official images, is on our Sweet Loot features page.
Sweet Loot offers four Special Bets, and only one can be active at a time. Each one raises the cost of every spin in return for a stronger feature:
1.25× bet
Doubles your chance of triggering free spins.
4× bet
Makes the free spins chance seven times higher.
20× bet
Every symbol on the multiplier row carries a multiplier.
200× bet
Every multiplier-row symbol gets at least ×50.
Free spins cannot be triggered from a Super Spin. Whether the Special Bets menu appears is up to your casino, and the total cost per spin counts towards the £5 cap. At the lowest base stake of £0.20, Super Spin 1 already costs £4 a spin and Super Spin 2 would cost £40.
The Buy Feature menu — paid entry to Free Spins or Super Free Spins — is not available in Great Britain. UK casinos run Sweet Loot without it, so the bonus starts only from scatters.
Sweet Loot is a new game, not a sequel. Players will still set it beside Sweet Bonanza and Sugar Rush, Pragmatic Play’s best-known candy slots: all three pay for matching symbols across the grid rather than on paylines, and all three lean on multipliers.
The differences are in how Sweet Loot gets there. Its multipliers live on a separate four-position row above the reels, and when several of them join a win, they add up rather than sit on single spots of the grid. The Super Scatter adds a second route into the bonus, turning a normal trigger into Super Free Spins with ×10 or more on every row symbol. Volatility is medium, and the top prize is capped at 10,000× the bet.
Pragmatic Play released Sweet Loot on 29 October 2026. From that date UKGC-licensed casinos that carry Pragmatic Play games can add it to their lobby, so availability depends on your casino. The official demo on this page lets you try the game for free in the meantime, with virtual credit in pounds.
Yes. The demo here is Pragmatic Play’s own build running on virtual credit. You only need to confirm that you are 18 or over — there is no download and no sign-up. Demo wins cannot be withdrawn, and the demo may show a Buy Feature button that UK casinos do not offer.
The default RTP is 96.53%. Casinos may run a 95.49% or 94.50% version instead, and the reels look identical in all three. Open the info screen inside the game at your casino and check the stated return to player before you start. Our RTP page explains what the difference means per £100 staked.
Four positions sit above reels 2 to 5. Symbols landing there can carry a random multiplier from ×2 to ×500. If those symbols are part of a win, their multipliers are added together and applied to it — a ×5 and a ×20 give ×25. In free spins at least one row symbol has a multiplier every spin.
Land 4, 5 or 6 gold skull scatters for 10, 20 or 30 free spins; those scatters also pay 3×, 10× or 100× the bet. Three or more scatters during the round add 5 spins. If a Super Scatter, which lands only on the multiplier row, is part of the trigger, you get Super Free Spins instead.
No. Feature buys are not allowed in Great Britain, so UK casinos run Sweet Loot without the Buy Feature menu. The free spins start only from scatters. Special Bets such as Ante Bet and Super Spin are a separate menu; whether you see them depends on your casino, and their cost counts towards the £5 cap.
The game itself allows stakes from 0.20 to 240 per spin, but UK rules cap online slots at £5 a spin, or £2 for players aged 18–24. UK versions also have no autoplay and no turbo spin. If you use a Special Bet, its full cost per spin has to fit under that cap.
Start with the free demo to see how the multiplier row adds up across a tumble chain, then play Sweet Loot for real money only at a UKGC-licensed casino, with a deposit limit you are happy with.
